LaRoo was formed in 2003 by Lara Fletcher in her quest to find products that brought fun to everyday items.
The Zippy Purses were the first products launched, in November 2003, and were sold online at lastminute.com.
Mocks closely followed Zippy Purses in August 2004, revolutionising mobile phone accessories with products that are stretchy and one size fits all! No more frustration when there are no covers available for your mobile. Mocks have taken the world by storm and are popping up everywhere.
Since Mocks have been launched in August'04, Lara has been awarded Finalist in the Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year 2005 and winner of the Australian Businesswomens Network New Business Award 2005. We also launched iMocks in December 2005, the perfect protection for your MP3 player, but they have since been discontinued.
